Strategy Lead at Einhorn Collaborative
Jonathan Gruber is a strategy lead at Einhorn Collaborative, a foundation advancing the science and practice of empathy, mutual understanding, and relationship building. Gruber leads Einhorn’s Building strategy, which is focused on strengthening a more relational, pluralist culture in America. He is a funder co-lead of the New Pluralists Collaborative and chair of the board of Philanthropy for Active Civic Engagement (PACE).
Gruber joined Einhorn in 2014. Previously, he worked as a management consultant, as director of education for a nonprofit that supports Holocaust rescuers, and as a teacher at a school in England. He lives in NJ with his wife Lara and their two boys.
